Villa Faidra — Overlooking the Saronic Gulf

In Amoni Pefkali, in the Peloponnese, a 300 sqm villa built in 2015 on a 1,050 sqm plot. Set over three levels, it opens onto the Saronic Gulf.

The villa can operate across two levels linked by an internal staircase, or be divided into two separate residences. The first level brings together three en-suite bedrooms decorated in the Aegean style, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a large balcony; every room enjoys a sea view, and the garden in front of the balcony holds a swimming pool that is already built.
